L.

New to Outlook (office2k) and want to transfer my conatct list to another
system.

easiest way please.

L.

Thanks, found it.

2nd comment/question-
It appears all I have to do is "copy" the outlook.pst file and save on the
other system.
Since I already have a .pst file on the other system,(I started to enter
contacts manually) is all I have to do is copy over/replace the old one?
Can I just e-mail the .pst file to the other system. One system is at work,
the other home. OR should I burn to cd and replace?

Thanks,

L.

The file you need is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's where all the
mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.

Take a look at these pages for info on Outlook data backup or transfer:

Never, ever overwrite a PST file. Microsoft has provided very specific
instructions on how to migrate to another PST file, which I already posted.
