copy contacts from Office 2003 to Outlook Web Access at work

I use Outlook 2003 at home and my employer just switched our e-mail to
Outlook Web Access. I would like to move my contacts folder to the Web
Access site. It seems to only allow importing cookies and favorites. I
haven't managed to copy or paste, either. Any advice?

OWA is not a mail client, per se, only a web view of your Exchange mailbox
and, hence, has no access whatsoever to your local Outlook data store. If
you want to transfer your local Contacts to the Exchange server, one option
would be to create a new PST, copy your Contacts folder to it, and then mail
that PST to your work address. At work, using Outlook, save it to your HD
and you'll then be able to open it in Outlook with File>Open>Outlook Data
File. You'll then have access to the Contacts folder it contains and you
can either reference them there or copy the contents of that folder to your
Exchange Contacts folder.
