copy contacts and copy address

1 How do I copy contacts in Outlook 2003 and install then into another
computer.
2 How do I copy address book from Outlook Express then install into Windows
Mail on another computer.
 
1. find your *.pst and move it to the new computer.

2. I think you can move the *.wab file, but OE/Mail experts would know
