Copy Conditional Formatting to Another Sheet

I am using Excel 2007 and have really embraced the new Conditional
Formatting feature. However, is there a way to copy one sheet's
Conditional Formatting over another sheet's that is already in use and
has data?

Have you tried FormatPainter?
