Someone wants me to e-mail them a copy of my Outlook 2000 calendar for the week of July 12-16 only. Is there a way to do that without retyping all the information into the e-mail?

Why not export your calendar into an Excel File, edit out what you don't want to send and then
e-mail the excel file?

A couple of other methods besides the one Jeff suggested:

1) Create a new .PST file (File | New | Personal Folders File). Copy the
appointments for that week to the new file (create a folder for them
first -- make sure it's set up to hold appointment items). Close the new
file and e-mail it to your colleague. This method assumes that the other
person also uses Outlook and will be able to open the file on his/her end
(using File | Open | Personal Folders File).

2) Download one of the available Word templates at
http://www.slipstick.com/addins/calendar.htm#print, which will allow you to
create a weekly calendar in Word based on your Outlook calendar, and then
you can mail the Word doc to your colleague.
