Copy button on form

I want to copy a few fields from a subform into my main form with a button. I have looked around but haven't been able to figure out anything. I am new to access so I don't really know a lot about useing it. This is my first post. i've attached a picture of my screen here. it's pretty self explanatory. I want to copy business name, address, etc. over onto my main form so i can store the data in two seperate tables. Any help would be appreiated. In my perfect world all the fields would copy with one click.
