Copy Block List in Outlook Express 6

I would like to copy the entries in my Outlook Express 6 block list so I can
insert them in my host server reject-email folder. This would stop emails
from being downloaded to my computer, which wastes time. Anyone know how to
copy all emails in the block list at once?

Ask in an Outlook Express forum. This is an Microsoft Office Outlook forum.
