We copy charts from Excel and past them into Powerpoint as pictures (enhanced
metafile). Recently, the charts started to appear in black and white instead
of color. We didn't alter any settings to cause this change. Any idea how
to toggle back to color?

Thanks. The shift-copy works okay, but the excel chart is black and white.
Any idea why this changed recently or suggestions on how to change it back?

Switch to a color printer as your default printer. I think that should do it.

Is that still a problem Steve. I thought it was solved back in the days when
my hard drive held two firkins (non metric)

4.5 gallons = 1 pin
2 pins = 1 firkin
2 firkins = 1 kilderkin
2 kilderkins = 1 barrel
2 barrels = 1 puncheon
3 puncheons = 1 tun

Did that answer the question / help?

Don't start with the firkin jokes. We don't want to go there. ;-)

It's an odd thing. My default printer's a b/w one, and always has been one or
another of several different b/w printers; I've yet to see this b/w paste
problem from Excel. But it keeps coming up here and people keep reporting back
that using a color printer driver fixes it. Go figure.
