Copy and paste into email

How do I put a resume from My Documents into an Earthlink
email without making it an attachment?
 
right click on document, select all text (highlights all text in document) then click on copy, go to your email document and right click your mouse select paste and the document should show up. if it doesnt go to file click on import and select the file you want to import from the browse option and then click ok
