Hi,
I'm having a problem with my copying and pasting of formulas in excel.
Normally I can copy a cell which has a formula and paste in the cell below
it and this action will pick up the reference of the corresponding cell. For
some reason something in my excel has changed and now when I copy a formula
from an exisiting cell and try to paste it into a different cell, the formula
pasted does not reference the new cell's corresponding data. I have to
double click on the new cell and hit enter for the formula to be pasted.
Otherwise the data referenced from the first cell is referenced in the second
cell. I have also already tried paste special and have selected "formulas
only" but it still doesn't work. HELP! I have asked IT at my company to
help me figure this out but they cannot and we have already tried
reinstalling Excel but it is still not working. The project I'm working on
is just too large to do manually.
