Copy and amend group policy

Hi

Newbie question I'm afraid. Is it possible to copy and
amend the default domain group policy? I want a policy
that is slightly different for two different groups
(internet use vs non-internet use) and want both policies
to be identical other than proxy settings.

Be most grateful if someone can help.

check out the Group Policy Management Console (GPMC) which allows you to
copy GPs:
