How can I copy my personal address book from work computer
to home computer?

What version of Outlook?
What type of information store at home and at work?
Are you certain you are using a PAB? Outlook replaced it years ago with the
Outlook Address Book.
 
From outlook 97 to Outlook express 2002?

There is no such thing as Outlook Express 2002.
