Find the .wab file Outlook Express created on your old computer and copy
it to some directory on the hard drive of your new computer, for example a
directory you create under the Documents directory. Then start Windows
Mail, click Tools, then Windows Contacts, then Import, then Windows
Address Book File (Outlook Express contacts), then Import, then find
the .wab file and click on it, then click on Close and close the contacts
window.

To use these contacts, start a new message as usual, but don't type any
part of the address. Instead, click on To:.

Open your address book in OE>File menu>export>address book (WAB).
Name the file and save it, stick it on a thumb drive and use the File
menu>import feature of the WM Contacts folder.
