Copy a user on all outlook appts.

Does anyone know if there is a way to copy a user on ALL new appts created in
an outlook calendar?

i do all of the scheduling for my boss and I want to make sure all of the
appts are also on my calendar.

Design a new appointment form with yourself as an automatic attendee and set
it as your default form for new appointments. For additional assistance
