Copy a Shortcut Menu from one database to another

I have a longish custom Shortcut Menu (16 items) in a database that I would
like to get into another database. Of course, I could re-enter it in the
other database, but hey, I'm a programmer and inherently lazy....

Does anyone know of a method to accomplish this, or know what container
object stores them?

In the Get External Data ... / Import Wizard, you have an option to import
Custom ToolBar.
