Use a copy machine?
A bit more information in your question will likely get you a better answer.

I am trying to create a form that looks like a paper form. Is there an
easier way to copy it into access? Also have an .xfld copy (Lotus Forms, I
believe), can I get it to copy over from that source?

No, you can't copy or import a paper form. You will just have to design your
form to look as much like the paper form as possible.

An alternative would be to forget about copying it into the form, create
the fields in similar layout on form, then use report or automating
Microsoft word to lay out the data into the appropriate fields.

I have a paper form and would like to replicate it. How do I do this?

Thanks

For input? Use a Form. For printing? Use a Report.

You'll need to manually position the textboxes and other controls to match the
paper. One possible (though irksome) way to do so is to scan the paper form
and use the scanned image on the form (at least temporarily) so you can
superimpose controls on the form.

Thanks all.
