copy a page from frontpage and maintain hyperlinks

With Frontpage '03, when I copy an existing page so I can add to my site the
general list of hyperlinks is not carried over and I can't copy and paste
them into place.
 
How are you copying the page? If you open the page and choose File, Save As
do the links stay?
 
After posting question I went ahead and published the new page anyway and
after doing that the links showed up...who knew. Thanks for response David.
