Copy a macro between workbooks

I'm running office 2000. I'm trying to copy a set of
macros from one workbook and make them available to all my
workbooks. How do I avoid having to open the workbook
containing the macros everytime I want to use them? How do
I make these macros global, all the time? PLEASE HELP!!!!
