Trying to make a backup of a form before I make some changes.

Also want to copy a report preset of queries to a new form, and add more
options on the newer version. Can this be done?

Can we do the same with reports?

TIA

a sensible precaution, which i often employ too. just open the form in
design view, and from the menu bar click File | Save As.

i've no idea what you're asking.

That is what I thought but I don't see that Save As option?

I had to expand the darn menu to see it. Sometimes I hate these "pretty" M$
ideas.

thanks.

to always see full menu options, right click on any menu bar and choose
Customize from the shortcut menu. in the Customize dialog, click on the
Options tab and checkmark the "Always show full menus" box. note that this
setting affects all Office Suite software, not just Access.
