Copy a Contact

Does anyone know if there is a way of copying a contact?

I am manual entering a large volume of accounts and contacts, many of which
have the same contact details. My life would be a whole lot easier if I
could type it all in once, then copy it and simply change the name on the 2nd
version.

Anyone?

How about if you save the original Contact in vCard format (maybe to your
Desktop), and the just drag the vCard into the Business Contacts folder each
time that you want to create an iteration of that Contact?

There is a "New contact from same company" function.
I added it to the quick access toolbar by selecting the Office Button, then
Editor Options button (lower right corner), then click on Customize (in the
left column).

Hi Jeff

Don't know if you're still out there, but I've just been using this feature,
and have discovered that when you use this button, the new contact doesn't
link to the Account that the original contact is linked to. I also can't
find the field to manually link it, without saving the record, exiting it,
finding it again in the 'No Account' section and linking it to the account.
This all seems a bit long winded. Any suggestions?
