Hi,

Its seems that this Dallas based Web Hosting company's service is down
for the past 5 days. Anyone knows what is going on.

Pls help me. I know, there are lot of customers for them

Are they gone burst?
 
I would be real interested to hear what is going on myself. I am not
sure what to do.
 
I have called Stanley Arnold voice and sent them a fax. I still haven't
heard anything. I have two websites there.

I'm in the same boat.... have 2 personal sites and 1 business site with
them. I've only just setup the business and it looks really good that my
site is down.

Its a joke!

I ended up moving over to www.crystaltech.com, but I would very much
like a cut of my site from copious. I know some folks in the area. I
will see if I can get someone to stop by their office and see if there
is any activity at all.
 
I also asked my friends in Dallas to find out whats happening. Its
seems that no one is around there in the address they provided. So, we
need to look for a new hosting company it seems.

You know they already charged for the month of October. Is it the same
for all you guys?

Have any one found good web hosting company providing the same
services at a resonable rate?

Like I mentioned above CrystalTech.com is a pretty solid company, but
I sure know how to pick the good ones don't I :(

I have no affiliation with them. i am up and running at 26.95 a month
for real similar services minus the unlimted everything (which should
have been the first sign).

Enterprise Package - $25.95 per month for 3gb storage, unlimited bandwidth,
SQL DB, MySQL and a STACK of other features.
You will do a lot worse than look at these guys.

I've just transferred my 2 domains to them. They have responded to several
techie emails within 10 minutes with v good responses. LOVE the Helm control
panel

Not affiliated with them at all, just a v happy customer.

All,

Pls check your CC bills, these copioushost company charged twice
during 16th and 18th of September....

I already launced a complait with my CC company to dispute the amount.
Hope you all can do the same..

of my clients triple. I don't understand thier service and support was
always timely and they always got back to me as soon as possible. I
filed a complaint with www.bbb.com (better business bureau) and I will
be calling the Richardson Texas Police department to see if they can
find out anything about this company.

Check that they allow the creation of frontpage subwebs and support the
creation/copying of web apps into subfolders via vs.net

I have fallen foul of this prob on many hosts. Most only provide an iis web
app at your webspace root, and dont allow subdirs as webapps.

just a thought
