Under the Tools menu option you have a "Suspected Spyware Report".
With Giant Company, You would email the support people or catch one online
at times, as well as using this function. When you submit the report this
software does a scan of your system and generates a report to them and
provides you with a tracking number. By working with their support via
email it was possible to get these issues corrected as well as improving the
pattern files for everyone else. So, try using that feature. That said, in
order to try and help with your present situation, here are my suggestions.
First of all, anytime you have something that keeps coming back on re-boots,
that means it is starting up in the boot process and the software can not
remove it because it is running in memory. CWS has many variants that do
this type of thing. Some of them can be removed in safe mode and some of
them can not but it is always worth trying. Boot your PC into Safe Mode by
hitting F8 at the beginning of the boot process. Once in safe mode, run all
of the same tools you have previously run. I would only add one more tool
that I have found useful with this particular CWS spyware. Read about it
and download it at http://www.malwarebytes.biz/ . Of course you need to
download this before going to safemode.

Same experience here. I've been trying to clean up an
associate's computer for serveral days, and eagerly tried
out the antispyware beta. It did remove things that
pestpatrol had not removed, but said that the computer was
clean when it wasn't.

When I ran cwshredder, all the reg keys it was looking for
it didn't find, but it did find a DLL, and on removing
that, it got rid of problem.

Get Webroot Spy Sweeper! Available at www.webroot.com or a
boxed version at Best Buy. I installed it on my sister's
computer and it was the only product that nailed
CoolWebSearch to the wall.
