I've set my clock to 250 and vcore to 1.5 on my Winchester.

The Cool'N'Quiet dashboard says that at 100% it's 1.4v.

Is the dashboard wrong?

I suspect it is.

CPU-Z seems to report vcore on the fly pretty good, might want to try
that.

Could try SpeedFan too, it shows CPU load also.

I have an ASUS A8N-SLI MB and use the ASUS Probe software and the CNQ
software supplied with the MB. The CNQ dashboard always seems to report the
voltage about 0.1 or so lower than the Probe software. So I suspect your
right :-).
