I've been successful using other name-brand ps's, but this one caught my
eye--esp. the price. Is this brand a decent one?

Only one PCI-E connector (no SLI or Crossfire support). Other than that, the
review I read gave it high marks. Cooler Master has been around a long time
and is known for quality products. Because of their popularity, they are
priced accordingly.

Look at the label, and notice under the UL symbol ("RU" or "9U") that
there's no number in the form Exxxxxx. That could mean the UL
certification is fake. www.ul.com has an online certification
directory where you can check not only the genuineness but also find
the actual manufacturer.

At $30 after rebate and free shipping it is a good deal. I have the Cooler
Master 550 Watt model and it is very quiet.
