Cool search site-unsubscribe

I have lost my msn.com home page and get 'cool-search' (t.rack.cc/hp). I have followed all the instructions regarding going to msn.com and then into 'tools' and clicking Internet Optons, hit "use current" and OK and it doesn't work once I have turned off the computer and restarted again. Obviously I'm not a computer expert, but fairly literate and very frustrated. Not sure this is the right forum for this problem, but thought it was worth a shot. Help! vj

What you have is called a browser hijacker. You can get a free program to find
and delete spyware and browser hijackers here:

http://www.lavasoftusa.com/

Make sure you update it (there is a button on the first screen when you open it
to check for updates). It should remove whatever is changing your homepage.
