cool-search GO AWAY!!!!

My IE home page keeps resetting to www.cool-search.com
AND I CAN'T STOP IT!!! I have used current versions of
AdAware, Spy-bot S&D, and HijackThis. All have failed
miserably! WHAT ON EARTH CAN I DO? It's driving me crazy!
