In the temporary internet files folder. If you click on tools at the top and
then click on internet options at the bottom of the drop down menu the
Internet Options window comes up. on the first(General) tab in the middle it
has temporary Internet files options. If you click on settings it brings up
a new window and if you select "view files" option in this window it will
open a new window with all your temp internet files which includes cookies.
