I am a trying to log onto a website called "westlaw," a
site that allows lawyers to access cases and law from all
over the country. When I try to log on, I am told that
the site requires cookies and provides me instructions
about how to enable my explorer to allow cookies. When I
alter my settings, however, even putting it as "low" as
possible (i.e. accept all cookies), the westlaw webpage
still tells me that cookies are being denied. Any
suggestions?

Suggest disabling any firewall until cookies are working correctly. Make

Either you have set your temporary internet files to 0
MB, or "westlaw" uses frames to third party pages without
a privacy policy which tries to create cookies which
therefore are denied.
