cookies?

When I try and log into sites with forums I have
previously visited or certain web pages I get a message
saying my setting do not allow cookies. ALL of my cookies
are enables and ALL of my web sucurity settings are
at 'low'. I have another computer with the same settings
and have no problems.
Solution?

Tools | Internet Options | Privacy
Click Edit.
Enter the site name.
Click Always Allow.
