Cookies

I am unable to address some web sites. When I check the
security setting there is no option concerning cookies at
all. Is this the reason I cannot access the web sites and
how do I repair. I redownloaded MSN 6.0 but it did not
solve the problem.

Be more specific with your problem

It may be a HOSTS file problem.
Look also for a file named HOSTS (no extension, could be hidden) rename it
OLDHOSTS.

Any firewall or security software that may block cookies.
