Cookies that wont go away

Despite clearing the history, and deleting all cookies,
the browser still auto -fills when typing an address

ie when typing www.d it sugggest dictionary.com

Any thoughts on fixing this problem would be appreciated.
 
Go to internet options..content tab..autocomplete button. You can
clear forms and passwords or disable auto complete if you want.

Windows never completely deletes all the files from the cache or history,
etc. Get Spider and it will clean out every last file. But that may not
solve your problem as there is an index page bug. I've downloaded and use
CacheSentry which controls what IE isn't good at and also fixes the index
