Cookie Trouble. IE 6 not working right!

OK, I'm in a bind. I am using IE 6 with Windows XP Home.
I just reformatted and reinstalled as well. When I try to
go to www.pch.com (may be other sites as well) it says I
have cookies turned off. I do not. I have my cookie
control set to Accept all. I even added pch.com to the
allow list. Still no go. Any ideas/ Please help me.

Frank, THanks for the reply. I saw that article and I
tried that. IE is set to accept ALL cookies. I even went
so far as to delete ALL my cookies and try again but to
no avail. I'm at a loss. ANy other ideas/ Thanks mate.
