Cookie settings

I am trying to get IE6.0 to accept cookies properly.
See, I am able to go to most sites with no problem, but
when I try to do online banking it won't let me sign in.
When I enter the correct info, it says that my browser is
set to not accept cookies. I have tried all kinds of
things to correct this problem. Set it to accept all
cookies, set it to prompt for every cookie, totally re-
installed IE6.0 and still it is not working. I have ran
Spybot, virus & trojan software and they say the computer
is clean. Any ideas?? This works in Mozilla based
browsers, but not IE.
