This is for the people who post wanting a cookie scanner.
There really is no need for it. Just go clean out the
cookies folder yourself. Cookies are something you really
don't need anyway. Just get rid of them all. You get rid
of a tracking cookie and five minutes later it will be
back. No really efficient to remove them with some fancy
spyware remover. Start->Control Panel->Internet Settings-

Cookies CAN be controlled - TOOLS | INTERNET OPTIONS | PRIVACY tab - drag
the slider all the way up to block all cookies.
