Cookie Question

I am having trouble accessing a website that requires a
username and a password. Everytime I enter the
information and continue all fields are cleared and I
receive a message that to access this site requires that
cookies are enabled. I have gone into Internet security
and am unsure as to which section involves the cookies.
The older version of Windows had it easily identified as
Cookies enabled or disabled. Please let me know what I
need to do. Thanks!
