cookie problem

Hi
i cant access my yahoo accounts. iam getting the
message "browser wont log on cookies are disabled".i get
the same message for hot mail and any onlinr banking
service. i tried tools>internet options>security>internet
zone but i cant get into custom level to enable cookies.
it doesnt highlight. its fine with the other zones i can
get into custom level but not with the internet zone.
need help
 
For starts, you should be looking in Tools\Internet
Options\Privacy and click on the advanced button.

The fact that you are not able to access certain features
of the security zones makes it sound like your
workstation is in a domain at your office. If this is
the case, it's probably your administrator has disabled
those functions for security purposes....this would
possibly include disabling cookies also.

First, check to see that the parental lockout is not enabled. If not, check
your privacy settings (Tools | Options | Privacy Settings). Make sure it is
not set to "highest," or it will block all cookies. I have mine set to
"medium-high" and have had much success at not only allowing cookies I want,
but also preventing many unwanted third-party cookies.
