Cookie or Reg Value

I know tht MAS does not detect cookies, but the latest the
latest Adaware defs detected Alexa data miners as (2)
registry values, and not cookies. Perhaps they are
cookies? Is that why MAS does not detect Alexa. Pls
advise. Thanks, Tom

Wel..ah...thanks for the explanation...sounds kind of
incestuous to me. I have had Adaware remove it. On a
totally unrelated note, I need to shut down Adaware 'Ad-
watch SE plus'. Otherwise I can't respond or post a
message on this site. Must be the way it is coded, and
sees it as a pop up

Are you referring to the Ad-Watch portion of the program?
I believe that can be shut down by right-clicking on the
notification area icon and then clicking the appropriate
choice.

Is that what you are asking? Hope this helps.
