Just an update to a little utility I developed earlier this year. Nothing
special, just allows you to view/delete the cookies.

Added command line support + several other improved features.

Could use opinions?

Note: I've not been able to confirm whether or not this program works on NT
based systems. (no-one has said it hasn't.... but, on the other hand, no-one
has confirmed it for me either).

Works fine on my XP Home system when I find it.
Does not correctly set up the correct folder for install?

I use Cookie Cop to block cookies and WinPatrol to alert me of new cookies.

Kenny, unfortunately, to use the command line part of the program, the main
Cookieinfo.exe file must be placed in the Windows folder (hence it also
being installed there, alongside the main "app folder".... if that makes
sense).

Regarding Cookie Cop and WinPatrol, they are both excellent programs
(WinPatrol especially) but, past experience has made me extremely wary of
using other peoples programs, thus, just building my own (unless I either,
can't build it for whatever reason, or just don't have time.....).

Due to an unknown problem once again, with the .exe setup's. I have had to
remove it.

The only available versions at present are;

Basic install (only file's required by the program): 19KB

http://www.it-mate.co.uk/downloads/cookieinfo_basic.zip

Full install (.zip): 1.65MB

http://www.it-mate.co.uk/downloads/cookieinfo.zip

If using the Basic install, please please please, make sure you read the
READ ME FIRST.txt file that is included in the zip.

Steven, what about the idea of having your installer write a path entry
to the registry for Cookieinfo.exe?

HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\App Paths

Karen,
I tried that during testing, and for some reason, it wasn't having
any of it.
