Set my security settings to about medium/custom and then
found I could access features on a trading website because
IE6 on Windows 98SE updated would not accept its cookies.
Supposed to change security settings from "Tools"/Internet
Options. Cannot even access this, as it says contact
system administrator (which is unfortunately me, I guess).
Went to control panel, internet options, and manually
reduced all apparent security settings to minimum. Still
cannot access security settings from the "tools" menu,
still cannot get the computer to accept trading site
cookies, which require a java start. Anyone know how to
turn yourself into a system administrator, reduce the
security level so as to get the cookies, required for a
java start? Please cc to (e-mail address removed), as I am not
so sure how to re-access this site.
