I'm exporting from Avaya IQ Service Level exports example:
73.6842105263158% is there a way to convert all my service level
numbers to read just example 73.68% without typing all my numbers
manually??
Does anyone know the format or formula??

It is probably sufficient for you to format the cells as Percentage
with 2 decimal places. Select the cells, then right-click and click
on Format > Number to see format options.

However, note that the actual value will still be 73.6842105263158%
instead of 73.68%. For example, if you multiply the cell by
1,000,000, the result will be about 736842.1 instead of 736800.

Also, if the imported value is 73.6852105263158%, it will display as
73.69% instead of 73.68%.

If you do not like those results, you might need to use an Excel
formula to convert the imported values, and possible use copy-and-
paste-special-value to replace them.

If that is what you need, post back and we can provide details. I do
not want to overwhelm you now with the details since I suspect you do
not need them.

Importing???

You can convert the 73.... to a percentage by:
Selecting an empty cell
type 100 in that cell
Edit|copy (xl2003 menus)

Select the range to be adjusted
Edit|paste special|Check Divide

With the adjusted range still selected, you can format that range to be a
percentage with as many decimal places as you want.
(Format|cells|Number tab)

Clear the helper cell with the 100 in it.
