Converting word doc to pdf file......

I have a word doc that i want to convert over to a Pdf file How??? I have acr
reader 7 but don't know how to convert it from there....
 
Get someting like pdf995 and it installs a fake printer. By printing to the
printer converts it to a savable pdf.
