Converting Word data to Access database

I'm trying to convert a huge list of profiles with
addresses and telephone numbers into an organized
spreadsheet in Access. Can anyone please help me? Thanks
a lot.
 
Hey

I would put the data into excel first it should copy over
fairly easily. Then you can play with formatting it and
just import into access or link access to the spreadsheet.
Access and excel are better friends then access and word .
Word will just give you a sore head.
