Converting WMV to MPEG or AVI

I have been trying to convert WMV and WMA to MPEG or AVI.
Once I get this done I want to use it Nero Vision Express.

Sombody help me please!!!!!!

Import the WMV file into WindowsMovieMaker 2 and drag it to the timeline...

Then Save to My Computer.... chose the Other Options and then select DV-AVI.

You're looking for something like ympeg or tmpegenc. I believe the first
one is free, and the second has a legal free demo linked from
www.vcdhelp.com.
 
Here is how :

- select save to my computer
- select show more choice
- click on other setting and select dv-avi(NTSC)
- It will output avi file to use with Nero.
