Converting Videos

I've made some videos on Movie Maker, and the format is like, .MSWMM.

How would I convert that into something different so I can upload it onto
YouTube or MySpace?

I've looked for video converters but they didn't support this format.

Any help?

..mswmm is not a video file...it is your
Movie Maker project file.

Burn it to a CD and then go to youtube or myspace and when you browse the
files for the movie put the CD in and select it, instead of the one saved to
your computer.

when you burn it it chages the format from (.MSWMM) to (.WMV) so it will
play on all computers...

hope this helps you out, i was having the same problem
