Converting video to black and white.

I'm doing some video blogging using a standard digital camera.

I'd like for my clips to be viewed in black and white. I was wondering if
there was a way I could convert color video to b&w in Windows Movie
Maker/Vista Pr... or would that need to be done in-camera?

Apprcieate any help.
