converting to ntfs

i am running in fat 32 and got a dvd burner and can not unraw files bigger
then 4gig .so if i convert to ntsf will my program i have still run that
are installed or do i have to reinstall them.mainly the ones that needed an
unlock key to run will they have to be rekeyed.

All your programs will be the same as they were
before the conversion.
