Converting to a Mac

I received a new laptop and it's a MAC PowerBook G4. How
can I run my Windows based programs on the Mac? I've
copied all of my data files and binaries but Mac doesn't
recognize them as expected. I use Mac OS 9.2 and OS X
10.2.6. Can I turn in the licenses for a Mac version?

You will need a PC emulator for your Mac to run Windows programs. Microsoft
has a very good one, you can read more about it here:

You can get Virtual PC for the Mac that can run many
versions of Windows (2000 or XP).
