converting real player files

I have a dell laptop running windows XP. Is there a way to change music that
is played on real player to play on windows media player or musicmatch
jukebox?

Some file formats have to be converted to be used by other players.
Common formats like MP3, WMA & WAV do not. YMMV with the other files,
but I don't know what you have.
