Does anyone know how to convert a powerpoint presentation with embedded movie
clips(.wmv),soundtrack(.mp3), transitions, effects into a format such as
mpeg, avi, mov, or wmv? I have tried to use the Camtasia, but it doesnt
record the sound or movie clips, just the slides and transitions, effects.
I have a deadline! Are there any free programs available to do this?

it is really easy! i guess, there's a great number of various programs
for presentation to video converting. personally I use Video PPT
(http://www.videoppt.com/VideoPPT). After installing, it's placed on
powerpoint toolbar. When a presentation is ready, it's necessary just
to click "publish" button to convert ppt to video.
