Converting Outlook Express to Outlook 2003

I have a new machine with Outlook 2003, I want to copy
over my email from the old machine to this one. I have
Outlook Express on the old machine. Is there a utility or
conversion tool that will allow me to import my old
email/address book into the newer version of Outlook?
I've looked through the Office downloads and knowledgebase
but can find anything that specifically fits this. Thanks.
 
One way to do it is to setup Outlook on your old machine
and transfer the Outlook Express files over to Outlook
using the Import Export feature. Then create a backup
*.pst file from Outlook and copy it to a CD and move it
over to your new machine.
